So IвЂ™m just mixing it up as much as I can, trying to keep that low carb, keep that waist slim and trim. Lots of things that are high in protein vegetable-wise. If youвЂ™re gonna eat any type of carb, I like to eat wild rice. Instead of just running you do 200 squats, you mix in 200 jumping jacks, you run another mile. I try to get my stamina up, different things, mix it all up. And the other days I just run and do different types of cardio. вЂњI work at that type of intensity about four times a week. So IвЂ™m doing high intensity, high weight, high impact, high results. IвЂ™m not trying to be a powerlifter anymore, those days are over for me. I mix it all up, I do cardio, I do this, I do that.
